	DIGITAL OUTREACH THE DIGITAL DIVIDE WEBZINE2000 is focused on supporting and encouraging as many different folks in as many different ways as possible in their quest to be noticed on the net. Thus we want to invite people from all different life experiences, ethnicities, economic standing, sexual orientation, age, ability AND all skill levels to attend. YOUTH AND WEBZINE 2000 Zines first arose from the culture of youth, they were written and reproduced "by any means necessary" and lent a voice to the underdog teen-geek, the valient activist, the raving fan, the new girl order and others in the voiceless majority. We want to make sure that the movement doesn't leave behind our progenerative generation. We want young people (and the adults who support them) to be a part of the event because we believe that the principles of Independence and Creativity along with the concept of the Soap Box are worth preserving and passing on. So remember, if you're under 18 years old, you get in FREE! WANT TO COME? We've designed WEBZINE 2000 to inspire web users/creators at any skill level from beginner to advanced, there will be many ways to get cracking on making a webzine at the event. Along with the speakers, panels and information, everybody will get a chance to scan their drawings, upload their rants, make voice recordings and vogue for the webcam - all to be assembled as their very own webzine.
